Return & Exchange Window
You can return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order. Shoes must be:
- Unworn and in their original condition
- In the original packaging, including all tags and accessories

- Prepare Your Package: Place your shoes in the original box and packaging.
- Ship It Back: Follow the return instructions provided by our team.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.
